1. Who we are

Summit Studio ("we," "us") builds websites for small local businesses and is operated by Israel Allred in Afton, Wyoming. This policy covers the website at gowithsummitstudio.com, including its contact, referral, and checkout pages. You can reach us anytime at contact@gowithsummitstudio.com or 307-409-7428.

2. What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• Contact inquiries: your name, email, phone (optional), business name, and message when you use the contact form or email us.
• Referrals: your name, email, phone, and the name of the person or business you referred, so we can verify the referral and pay you.
• Checkout and agreement signing: your legal name, business name, date of birth, address, and the details you enter to sign the service agreement electronically. A copy of the signed record is emailed to us and to you.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own secure pages. We never see or store your card number or payment credentials.

We do not run ads, ad trackers, or analytics profiles, and we do not collect information about you from other companies.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and provide the services you ask for.
• To verify and pay referral rewards.
• To keep a record of signed agreements, as described in the agreement itself.
• To send invoices and service communications about your project.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for marketing. Ever.

4. Services that process data for us

A few trusted services move data on our behalf. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job:

• Stripe processes all payments on its own secure checkout pages (Stripe's privacy policy).
• FormSubmit and Web3Forms deliver form submissions from this website to our email inbox.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site; your browser requests font files from Google when a page loads.
• Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

5. Cookies and local storage

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Local browser storage may remember that a page intro animation has already played. During online signing, temporary browser-tab storage also carries the generated signed PDF from the agreement page to the payment page so you can download it there. That PDF remains in your browser tab, is removed after you use the download button or close the tab, and is not sent anywhere by the storage feature.

6. How long we keep information

• Inquiry emails: as long as needed to help you, then routine mailbox cleanup.
• Referral records: until the referral is verified and paid, plus basic bookkeeping records.
• Signed agreements and invoices: kept for the life of the engagement and as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.

7. Your choices and rights

Email us and we will help with any of the following, usually within a few days:

• See a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete information we are not legally required to keep (for example, signed agreements and tax records must be retained).

8. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Security

Payments are handled by Stripe with industry-standard encryption. Form submissions travel over HTTPS. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we keep the amount of data we collect deliberately small, which is the best protection of all.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date at the top. Meaningful changes will be noted plainly, not buried.
